The Australian Chamber of commerce in Shanghai (AustCham Shanghai) provides first-class events, networking opportunities and business referral opportunities for key international companies operating in Shanghai.

AustCham Shanghai works on behalf of 390 members including 330 corporates represented by more than 2000+ card-carrying employees. Corporate membership covers all employees of a company so that the actual number of people enjoying AustCham Shanghai membership benefits is in the thousands. Moreover, members can choose from 120 events per year that attracts over 10,000 attendees in total, providing a formidable base for business networking.

AustCham Shanghai was founded in 1994 and operates on a non-partisan, non-profit-making basis funded by membership subscriptions, sponsorship and activities. It works to strengthen Australia-China business, government and community relationships and promote Australia as a creative and reliable provider of innovative, high quality business solutions. The Chamber’s dynamic Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program makes significant annual contributions to its CSR partners working within the Greater Shanghai area.
